This semester we are bringing 18 students to National Conference. Jenna Chaput, Claire Klien, Amy Madson and Melissa Huntsinger  will all be presenting posters during the research poster session. Also, Sara Rosenow, Amy Madson, and Melissa Huntsinger  will be presenting a session on the research we've been doing at Fairview Hospital. We have a number of students starting up new research projects this year as well.

EXPLORE!!  You are invited to attend the celebration of 35 years of Music Therapy at Augsburg on Sunday, Oct. 11^th.  Dr. Timothy Culbert, Medical Director of Children’s Hospital and Dr. Clive Robbins will be the featured guest speakers.   The reception begins at noon with a luncheon at 12:30 followed by the presentation.   Children will have the opportunity to enjoy hands-on exploration of musical instruments.   Information and registration are available at www.augsburg.edu/alumni or by calling 612-330-1173.

Betsy Norell is studying the effects of music on salivary immunoglobulins at Good Samaritan Society-University Specialty Center.  

Augsburg partners with Vision Strength Access to do an annual VSA Day for middle school students in the metro area.
